Return and Cancellation Policy

We hope you enjoy your products from Online Chic Boutique. However, if
your purchase somehow did not work out, we will gladly provide a credit,
exchange or refund for returned items. Items must be returned within ten
days of purchase and must be returned unused and in their original
condition and packaging. Items may be returned by mail, Fed Ex or UPS -
prepaid and insured - accompanied by the packing slip. Please note that
customized orders may not be returned. All reimbursements are refunded
through the credit card you have used to make your purchase. Shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
Due to the unique design of each piece, please allow 2-4 weeks for
shipment. If rush orders or special orders are needed,
